I will not be doing business here again. After several management changes and advisor turnover, the quality of service has gone severely downhill. I booked a 4:30 PM appointment and admittedly arrived late at 4:40 PM, which was my fault. I have had 4 hyundais and never had any issues until now. I purchased a 2025 Hyundai Sonata from this dealership brand new no miles and after 1 year and 13,000 miles later my transmission needed to be replaced. My car sat at this dealership for 39 days. The worst customer service in the sense that i had to call multiple times to check on the status of my car. Horrible service. Came in FOUR TIMES for an extended warranty claim. Submitted all my information, only for my name to “not be on file” each time. Ridiculous and an absolute waste of my time. Do NOT recommend

I wish I could give less than 1 for the very awful customer service I was waiting about 3 hours to replace the engine oil and filter on top of that I received the car scratched and they denied it even though they didn’t capture it at the time of receiving it. The manager is not cooperative and denied what he said and hide the truth. I wish I didn’t buy the car from this dealership. Finally, I advise everyone to be careful and think twice before they visit this awful place overall.
