My car was taken back immediately. I was given an estimate of time and they beat that time by 30 minutes. I had a great Service experience!!
I only went to Huffines because my vehicle had a recall. If not for that, I would never step foot here. They quoted me hundreds of dollars in unnecessary repairs, claiming suspension/camber issues that supposedly required parts. They also recommended two additional services that were presented as important but later turned out to be completely unnecessary. I took the car to an independent alignment shop for a second opinion. I received my car with a damaged shift knob the other day, and raised concern about it with the parts provider. I was unable to resolve the issue and left a review expressing my concern. They contacted me less than 24 hours later and assured me they ordered a replacement part and would get me as soon as it arrived. I appreciate their honesty and immediacy to address my concerns.
