I scheduled an appointment for 1:45pm today to have my tire inspected. They didn't even start until 3:30pm (my car notifies me when it is used). 30 minutes later I was told there was a nail in the tire and the tire needed to be replaced. I was told that they would get me in and out in under an hour. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes for them to replace the tire. I left the dealership at 5:30pm.
