They did the job, fixing the car under warranty, so that was nice. But holy smokes, they told me I would get my car the next day, and then crickets. They never responded until the end of the day when they said it wouldn't be ready until the next day. They said they would ensure it would be completed the next day. Then as closing was approaching, they said the just needed to take it out for a drive to make sure everything functioned well, so it would be ready in 30 minutes. The parts guy had no idea what he was talking about. He quoted me $16.64 for a clip that I was able to get at a KIA dealership for $4.30, exact same part number. They even had another fastener I needed that the parts guy said he couldn't find in the drawing and said I would have to buy the entire trim piece to get. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS GREEDY DEALERSHIP! Get the parts numbers and go to Kia Downtown Los Angeles.
Very professional, responsive attentive staff. Jacob Kim, provided Good Customer Service. Will definitely be my go to Hyundai service location in Los Angeles.
