Update: Since the new building has been finished, I've had great customer service, and especially with Jacob and a few others. Going above and beyond, and being very communicative. It's great to see a business take feedback from customers into account and make changes to improve their service! Plus, the lounge is nice when waiting as well. Thank you to all! I had such a great experience at Hyundai Santa Monica! Justin Kim was super attentive and took the time to explain everything clearly, including why my car battery was draining. He was patient, honest, and made sure I understood all my options. Really appreciate the service here, I’ll definitely be coming back!
