Récemment j’ai eu à faire remorquer mon Ioniq 6 chez Hyundai Repentigny, il était tombé en panne suite au mal fonctionnement d’un module électronique important. Malgré que ce concessionnaire ne soit pas celui où j’ai acheté le véhicule, j’ai eu droit à un service 5 étoiles et même plus. Mon véhicule inutilisable ayant été remorqué, un aviseur, en fait le directeur du service M. Simon Dugas a pris immédiatement en charge mon dossier m’expliquant ce que devait être le problème.
