Phil and team accommodated me for an emergency service appointment that ended up being my whole transmission needing replacement. Phil was so kind about breaking the bad news and kept me informed every step of the way to it being fixed. I really felt respected and taken care of. Huge shoutout to Mason as well for getting the parts in from out of town, installing it asap and test driving to make sure I’d be safe on the road at pickup. They have a spotty past, but I have experienced nothing but positive, professional service there for the last couple of years.
Terrible coordination within the service center. Multiple times we were left hanging once we brought the car in and told to wait for a call when parts are ordered but we will never hear back.
