I recently visited Hyundai of Somerset with the intention of purchasing a vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the finance desk guy, whose behavior was unprofessional and hostile during the price negotiation process. He didn’t handle our information about a lower price at another dealer well, using bullying remarks to pressure us into a purchase.
