Just off off phone with a horrible mannered,cocky lady. This phone experience was so bad, I will not be purchasing a new vehicle through this dealership nor serving my current vehicle with them.
First, waiting for car to be completed so I can't say anything about the quality of the work but I dropped it off 20 days ago and I cannot get an update. I've taken to calling everyday, I've been told nearly each time that they will make sure my assigned person will call me back but I have yet to hear from anyone. Tomorrow will be 21 days without a single call or update. It's incredible. Vaughn is an excellent sales representative. He is professional, friendly, and genuinely wanted to help me. This is my first time making a big decision on a vehicle and he guided me through the whole process and made it easy.
