On 12/25 i made an appointment for an oil change for 12/30, I received 3 confirmation emails before I arrived for my appointment early by 5 mins to have Kristopher not ask for my first name only asking for my last name during our interactions, he then proceeded to say that my vin comes up to a Santa Fe not a Elantra.
