Bought my 2024 Ioniq5 in 2023 with extended warranty that covers tire rotation, cabin air filter replacement, wiper blade replacement as well as brake pad. This would be a great deal if the service department didn't try to charge me for each of these things on today's and prior visits. When I requested wiper blade replacement the service person said they couldn't find the part number.
Do NOT TRUST THEIR SERVICE They plugged a tire for me and now it is leaking from the plug job they did. The tire shop I’m at now is telling me the plug was not done well and I should go back and ask for warranty I moved to CA so unfortunately I now have to pay $500 to replace two tires because apparently you can’t just replace one. Don’t go there. They screw stuff up
0 Stars. Save yourself the headache and stay away from Hyundai vehicles. Their cars are on recall for excessive engine oil burning. Regardless of the major issue, which is reported in the Federal Court because of multiple owners getting their vehicle's engine catching fire, hyundai doesn't take responsibility to protect you and your family from potentially tragic accident.
I’ve scheduled oil change for my Hyundai . When I arrived they told me hour and 15-30mins. My car was ready after 2 hours and 10mins. I saw when they pulled her out from the service and I needed to wait another 45mins to pay and get my car. Slowest service ever. I’m not coming back.
Thank you Krystyne , Steven and Dana and the Service Department staff. Got an oil change on my Elantra . About a week later the low oil lamp came on. Called the dealer and was asked if I wanted to bring it in. Got to the dealer ,they took it right away and found a screw that was stripped and changed it added some oil and gave me my car back ! Thank you!
