I have used Hyundai in Palatine for over 10 years and it hasn't always been the greatest experience in regard to customer service. I got maintenance work done last week though and Jori was amazing! I'm not sure how long she's been there but I'm so glad she is and I hope she stays. She was friendly and kind and explained all the new changes that came with the Napoleon buyout. Customer service, communication, attention to detail, and technical knowledge from Alexis V was absolutely excellent! Thank you, Alexis and team for a great visit.
Worst service experience. Kept my car without looking at it for 5 days and then did not finish until after 10 days with nobody calling or texting any updates while I was stuck racking up huge car rental charges. Zero empathy from people there and seemed more annoyed by me calling to check in than anything else.
Every time I have gone in to the dealership everyone is very welcoming and kind. This particular dealership was more than 30min from me but they recommended them so I didn’t mind the drive. This dealership doesn’t play games and gets right to business. Service gets 5 stars. The waiting room not so much. The men's bathroom was out of soap, the coffee bar was out of cups and regular coffee. I was there early, 7:30. So maybe they hadn't refilled yet.
