The service manager will intentionally dent your car, stay away!! Mrs. Alexis Vortanz and her service manager displayed a very unprofessional attitude. They seemed disinterested in the work they are doing and, instead of helping customers, came across as dismissive and uncooperative. Their behavior also felt discriminatory.
Poor communication on the parts that were needed to replace the case on my mirror resulted in having to buy a part twice. The replacement parts prices are obscenely high.
went to pick up my car after having the engine replaced under warranty. car was unwashed, grease on the drivers seat and the low tire light was on. later that night we found that the headlights we not working. took it back and after 15min of them looking at it they unplugged the lights and plugged them back in and magically started working again.. then they tried to charge me $150 for looking at it. i have been a mechanic for 15+ years and tested the headlights before bringing it back and there was a problem with the ground ... read more
