I was really impressed with my oil change experience. I was able to get a same-day appointment. I was quoted $90 for full synthetic, and when I got the invoice, it was only $60- yay! And yes, they did charge me for (and presumably used) full synthetic. It took just over an hour in and out. They have a decent waiting area with food, coffee, and snacks, though I wish the TV weren't as loud. They asked whether I'd like a tire rotation, which I declined. I gave it 2 stars because they did one thing. Correct. And that is fixed my sonata with a open recall. The problem is there were 2 open recalls and I made an appointment and they said all the parts were in until I came in and set in the waiting room for an hour and found out only one part was available. Now they want me to come back again. I contacted Jason Hodges regarding this poor experience. He wanted to know what happened, and I told him exactly what happened. Then I got no response from him? I made an appointment through calling, after coming on time they said they don’t have an appointment on their system. After showing them proof, they accepted my car. It took them 2 hours to just change the oil and wheel alignment. They hired good salesmen and poor customer service representatives. Definitely, one of the worst experience!!!
Great staff and even honored the warranty.
