Absolutely the worst dealership to deal with in Huntsville. From the Mechanics to the to the service department . Wanted 12k to replace my engine that blew up on a recall ? 82000km Seriously. Bunch of clowns .Than hearing from a employee that they have a engine for a $1000 to install? $11000 for labour?
Leased a Tucson from Sam. She is highly knowledgeable with the products at the dealership. Got us a very fair deal. I highly recommend her.
Oh my Goodness…. Where do I start. I have had a 2017 Hyundai for nine years. Each and every person that works at Hyundai of Muskoka has been top notch at caring for my car as well as any concerns I’ve ever had. I have just traded it in on a new Hyundai Tucson. My stepfather was traveling in Canada on vacation in October with a Hyundai rental car when, far away from any rental station, the engine warning light came on. Fortunately, Hyundai of Muskoka was only 20 km away. Without charging him anything, they read the engine data and told him that he could continue driving without any problems. Friendly and helpful—that's how a car dealer should be!
