I can't thank Hyundai of Muskoka enough for the best customer service ever. I completely had lost my trust in the other dealership that sold me my car 9 years ago, to the point of me hanging up the phone on the service manager for being rude and unprofessional with my circumstance. I have a 2023 Hyundai venue essential and I love it

Kind of abused me when I was in my second trimester of pregnancy wouldn’t wait until my husband could help me then tried to take advantage of me after I drove an hr in a heat wave without air conditioning to get to their office- I would say this office needs a bit more work in the gender equity department. I really wanted to give a good review here but decided to tell the truth.
