I would like to say the customer service the team members provided was good. However like others have expressed, they no longer honor the free oil change. Although they give a $20 discount, it’s still more expensive to get it done here than the Take 5 down the street. The mechanic working on my car literally said I should get my filters changed somewhere else! I recently purchased a new vehicle at Hyundai of Milledgeville. In my past experience, dealing with car sales is equal to medieval torture. But, I was pleasantly surprised. Nick Albino was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to not only listen to my concerns and requirements, but he remembered them. He did not try to confuse me or make me feel uncomfortable. First off, the lady was very nice, so nothing against her service. However, they no longer accept the fee oil changes for life. I bought my new car here in 2020, and that was one of the deciding factors. I didn't know until I showed up for my appointment. I won't be back.
