I purchased a Palisade in December on 2025. Almost all of the shipping materials was left on the vehicle upon our delivery of it. Our salesman, Nick, assured me that it would be detailed if we brought it back another day. We took it back and the materials were still on the vehicle plus, some paint was damaged as they tried to repair a lose well faring.
