Worst place to go. I hade an appointment at 8:15 am for only Oil change still I had to wait for 3-4 hours at Center. My service representative was so rude. Since time I arrived he did not smile at me or say hello or good morning single time. I went to him for few questions at his desk and he was totally unresponsive and talk to me while no eye contact and was busy on his computer. Efren (service advisor) and Aaliyah (rental car) have been very good and have provided us nothing but excellent customer service! I own a 2020 Palisade and have had multiple issues the past year or so but they have been very helpful. I highly recommend this location, and ask for Efren if you can . LOL
The worst service and customer service ever, avoid going there as much as possible, oil changes take more than 2 hours, in any other shop they do it in 30 minutes. But today was the worst of all, I went for a guarantee for brake change, I was waiting 3 hours for the service and in the end they tell me that they didn't change anything and that I had to come back later for something they found, that is a mockery and a lack of respect, I don't know who is responsible, but they are the worst service.
My 2020 Palisade needed a new engine when it had only 79k miles on it.the engine was on backorder for 4 months. When I got the car back, several additional issues came up- window controls didn’t work, check engine light was on. I took the car back and it has been 6 weeks. The receptionist is nice, but there is literally ZERO accountability in the service department. Consider this a warning- NEVER buy a Hyundai.
