Horrendous Services experience 1st tine car sat over 30days before addressed Under pressure from sales service miraculously found part on shelf. Second service car 75 days in, discharged with IDK why it's acting up, discharged with low tires - low battery Once again 99 miles after getting cat same symptoms appeared Deceleration when driving at highway speed. CHRIS in Service does not give a dam!
Today was hard, and this service center made it SO much better. When my car battery stranded me and my 3 year old in a parking lot, I was able to get the car jumped, roll in to the service center, and get a new battery so quickly I was astonished. The best part honestly was Chris Zuch, I was clearly really overwhelmed and he was really incredible all around. Not only will i absolutely take my car back but this makes me want to buy my next Hyundai from them- especially if I know I have access to this team of awesome mechanics... read more
I want to share a cautionary note about possible upselling practices at Hyundai of Kirkland. During a service visit, I was advised to perform a brake fluid exchange at just 22,500 miles on my 2023 Hyundai Elantra — a $300 service. I was caught off guard and misled to believe it was an important and necessary maintenance item. After checking Hyundai’s own maintenance schedule, I later learned that this service isn’t required until around 30,000 miles or 3 years, whichever comes first. WARRANTY BEWARE Called to make an appointment because my check engine light came on. I am the second owner of this 2022 Tucson with 30k miles on it. The woman I spoke with told me that as the second owner, there is no warranty. I was pretty sure I had a warranty that goes to around 60K miles/five years.
