I traveled more miles and out of my way to try this service center for my Ioniq 5 because my local shop just kind of leaves me cold. The moment I stepped in to the lobby I was welcomed warmly. They won't service my Hyundai car because I didn't initially purchase the car from them. This is terrible service and the only dealership in the area that has this policy.
