Had a mirror component replaced. At checkout, I was informed the bill came to $200 (labor only). I looked at my watch and 45 minutes elapsed since my appointment time. So I asked the rep- how much labor was I charged for. He said 1.5 hours. I argued that only 45 minutes passed - at the most. So I got overcharged by $100 because “the rate” said 1.5 hours even though it took less than half that time. Can’t help but feel I got ripped off. Unlikely to recommend.
