While visiting Goderich, my 12 volt battery went dead. I have a Kona EV. I called Hyundai for help but they were swamped and couldn’t spare anyone to help me. My sisters thought maybe the battery in the key fob may be dead (we were thinking of everything) so the 2 of them went to Hyundai to get it checked out, it was fine. Taylor Grant, service manager, offered to come out to boost the battery so that I could drive it to the dealership where it was fitted with a new battery. When on vacation near Goderich we discovered a leak under the car. The service representative, Aaron McKinnon, immediately arranged for a technician to assess the problem and ordered the part in the time for us to bring the car back before coming home. As it was covered under warranty we were in and out swiftly. All in all a satisfying experience for which we are thankful. Well done Hyundai of Goderich!

I'm sure you hear when people are not happy so you should hear when they are. I was completely satisfied with the service of the young man and lady on the counter. Friendly and professional. I also noticed that you stuck to the estimate I was given as I have had experiences otherwise but not here The fact that you also offered to take me to Walmart as the wait was going to be long is a very considerate thing. i also loved the tail wagging dog. All in all its a 10 out of 10. Thank you.
