I strongly advise avoiding this dealership based on my experience with service for my 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe. I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with this dealership. I’ve called multiple times, and they don’t answer the phone. When they do, it’s often a different department, and when I call the sales department, they tell me they’ll transfer me to service and that I’ll get a call back. However, I’ve never received any follow-up. I’ve taken my car there four times for issues, including brake pads and the turbocharger, and after each visit, the problem remains unresolved.
