Updating my review . I’ve had a deeply frustrating experience with this Hyundai dealership. I’ve taken my Hyundai Santa Fe in three times for the same issues: vibration, clicking noises, and rattling noises. Each time, the problem persists. I strongly advise avoiding this dealership based on my experience with service for my 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe. I brought my vehicle in multiple times for the same issue, and each time I was given vague explanations or told that everything was “fine” despite ongoing problems. Communication was poor, and I felt like I was being brushed off rather than taken seriously as a customer. I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with this dealership. I’ve called multiple times, and they don’t answer the phone. When they do, it’s often a different department, and when I call the sales department, they tell me they’ll transfer me to service and that I’ll get a call back.
