They sold me a 2017 Tucson, three months Later I had no oil in the engine. .Days after I purchased the SUV I returned and told them I smelled fuel in the oil . I had the oil serviced By Evans tire , another three months later I had the oil changed again the shop told me I had about 2 "s of oil in the engine. One month Later I had to add one quart of oil. Haven't got to service yet, I am just rating the selling experience. I tried to trade in my Honda Pilot 2019 at Honda Chula Vista, and after a super offensive offer and a very patronizing attitude I ended up with these guys. I’ve owned two Hyundai vehicles, and overall, I’ve had a great experience with both. However, during my recent visit, I was told that I needed a new engine. This left me in a difficult position, trying to figure out how to move forward with my current vehicle. horrible place to buy a car but they did offer water and coffee while i was waiting. tried convincing me that paying a total of $65k for a $24k car was a good idea, since my credit wasnt that great. dream on. i know they can do better. good thing i had my calculator, because theyll try to explain it all in terms of monthly payment, instead of explaining the total cost of 72 months of payments. which is insane. thats triple the cost, on a used car. dont waste your time here if you dont have great credit.
I just wanna say this. The moment I stepped in the dealership it felt very welcoming. Chris my sales person really guided me through the whole process and helped me get into a brand new 2025 hyundai elantra hybrid SEL sport. Brand new to!!
