I’ve done all my maintenance at Hyundai El Cajon for three years. Last time, they replaced my AC part under warranty. Now, just 3,000 miles after the car warranty expired, the exact same issue is back. Noah was rude and refused accountability. I expect you to fix what you already repaired—without charge. My experience at the Hyundai branch was extremely bad and a complete waste of time. I had an appointment at 3:35 PM and was greeted by an employee named Jack. I explained that I came based on an offer for loan restructuring. He took all my information after checking with his manager and confirming they could proceed. They collected my Social Security number and a copy of my driver’s license, and I waited until around 5:00 PM — about an hour and a half — while they continued processing my details. DONT GO HERE!!! I would leave 0 stars if I could! I have never had service so bad in my life! Twice now I have been there to have two problems looked at in the same visit and that have only fixed one and then sent me on my way without saying anything about the second issue not being looked at! I only discover this when I get all the way home and then have to make another appointment!
