Biggest car lot I have ever been to!
I filled out a specific form to get any recalls for my Kona. 2 minutes later I have some twit from sales calling and emailing me to sell me a car. Morons….. I will never use this location for service or sales. Ever.
My parents dropped their vehicle off for maintenance over the weekend. When my mom checked the emailed progress, it said finished. She tried calling twice to verify, but didn't get a call back. When we arrived from 90min away, they were told it wasn't. My dad is not an easy person to deal with when things don't go his way. Scott smoothed everything over and had another tech go fix the clip they were waiting on. Could have been another stroke for my volatile father, but instead 5 stars for his customer service!!
