I had a problem with the door trim since February of 2025 and a replacement part was order and installed, but it was the wrong part. It was explained that a new correct trim will be ordered and replaced, but it is still an ongoing issue. To this day, another representative guaranteed that they will call me when the part is ready. Still no call. There is a lot of false verbal promises. It is just a business for them, nothing else.

Tried to reach several hyundai parts depts in the area ie juntington, commack..no one answered the line as I kept getting transferred around.Finally tried 110 hyundai and was pleasantly surprised to have them answer w friendly knowledagble service. This will be the only place I get parts for my hyundai. The staff even called me when my last arrived for pick up, much appreciated and heads above the other nearby hyundai parts depts.
These people are absolute god damn morons that work here. I’ll be nice.
