I was informed by my dealer today that Hyundai had offered a free NACS chargng adapter for my car. I was never notified of this by either the dealer or the corporation. I am now told that it is too late to receive this adapter. The customr service representative stated that there were many customers in the same position and said I could purchase it from the dealer. This is the worst car company I ever delt with. We bought Kona and they sold us maintenance warranty and when we try to get maintenance they give us 2 to 3 weeks appointment time. But the worst thing happen when the radiator start leaking and I try to get it fixed and the told me that the earliest they can give me an appointment is one month. My daughter use this car to commute to her job and she could not wait for a month and we got it fixed by Jeffy lube by spending about 1000. Then I try to get reimbursed for her as the c... read more
Wish I could give a zero. 2016 Tuscon 1.6L Turbo. Engine failed at 76,000 miles. Their warranty of 10 years/100k miles means nothing. They turned us down due to "negligence" because we couldnt find one of the oil change service records. Don't buy a Kia/Hyundai product! Buy a Honda, Toyota, Mazda....anything but Kia/Hyundai.
Hyundai is the worst automotive brand from my experience. I bought a 2008 Hyundai Elantra and it had transmission problems, but I figured they had improved over the years, so I bought a 2025 Santa Fe. The Santa Fe's powertrain failed twice and the vehicle cannot accelerate past 45-55 mph. We got it "fixed" once and less than two weeks later the failure happened again.
