This is the worst car company I ever delt with. We bought Kona and they sold us maintenance warranty and when we try to get maintenance they give us 2 to 3 weeks appointment time. But the worst thing happen when the radiator start leaking and I try to get it fixed and the told me that the earliest they can give me an appointment is one month. My daughter use this car to commute to her job and she could not wait for a month and we got it fixed by Jeffy lube by spending about 1000. Then I try to get reimbursed for her as the c... read more

Wish I could give a zero. 2016 Tuscon 1.6L Turbo. Engine failed at 76,000 miles. Their warranty of 10 years/100k miles means nothing. They turned us down due to "negligence" because we couldnt find one of the oil change service records. Don't buy a Kia/Hyundai product! Buy a Honda, Toyota, Mazda....anything but Kia/Hyundai.

Hyundai is the worst automotive brand from my experience. I bought a 2008 Hyundai Elantra and it had transmission problems, but I figured they had improved over the years, so I bought a 2025 Santa Fe. The Santa Fe's powertrain failed twice and the vehicle cannot accelerate past 45-55 mph. We got it "fixed" once and less than two weeks later the failure happened again. Engines are garbage. Reviews are not wrong. These cars start consuming oil and seize up. Hyundai will pretend to care but in the end you will be denied or taken for a ride with super inflated repairs. Stay away. Stay sane and get another brand. You know, the one which does not cram two vowels together and instead has an O in the name ;). You'll thank me. Later.

Who has a contact to Hyundai corporate? Or a news contact that will expose the ignorance of the Hyundai dealer at Pratt & Cicero, Lincolnwood. Friend had a problem with her oil in 2023. These people made her do several oil consumption tests until November 2024 and they tried telling her that her warranty expured. She foufht that telling them she was under warranty when the problem first started and they finally said they would give her a new engine. She got it back with new engine on MAY 27th.
