I signed up for bluelink after the 'free period' ended. It took a lot of phone troubleshooting but month one it eventually worked. Month two Hyundai cancelled my subscription without notice, claiming Citibank declined my payment. I called Citi and they said that was nonsense and that the transaction for $21 was presented once and approved by them. Hyundai rep told me it was my problem. Net net, no one at Hyundai cares and who needs this type of poor service?? so I'll go without.

Hyundai Motor America is worse than the dealership itself. They do not care about customer concerns, and they do nothing to actually help or facilitate solutions. They avoid putting anything in writing, always wanting to call instead, which makes accountability impossible. Completely useless and not there for the customer.
