Was told they didn’t have a service department, which I now see is not true
Hyundai Motor America is worse than the dealership itself. They do not care about customer concerns, and they do nothing to actually help or facilitate solutions. They avoid putting anything in writing, always wanting to call instead, which makes accountability impossible. Completely useless and not there for the customer.
Hyundai Motor America allowed Van Hyundai in Carrollton, TX to present me a check for $300.00 in order to finalize a deal, and then stop the payment on the check right after I took possession of the vehicle. The check returned, leaving my bank account with a negative balance. My case with Hyundai Motor America was handled by a representative named Kyler.
