Horrible experience. Came in for a recall on my car with a set appointment got told it would take 2 hours for two recalls to be done and after the two hour mark they said they mixed up the keys and that they would get started on 1/2 recalls needed and it would take 15-20 minutes. After waiting another 40 minutes they informed to tell me they had a miscommunication and they still started nothing. Left after 3 hours of waiting and got nothing done. Do not recommend.

EDIT: Mitch Parker, the general manager, responded to my review asking me to call him; he said that they will improve training for receptionists on not making promises to customers that the company cannot fulfill, and is sending the part that we need for the repair to me for free. We have brought our car here two times for repairs, and both times, they have failed to do the repair. A couple of years ago, we scheduled an appointment for a recall, with a known part needed for the repair, and drove three hours here, but they could not do the repair because they failed to order the part despite the appointment being scheduled in advance. Customer service at this location is top-notch. The service department did an excellent job.
