Very unprofessional, as per you response this has nothing to do with you not having the part in stock, as I clearly didn't get that far before disconnecting the call.
Excellent service, I required a rear window for my sante fe and had one brought out within a couple of minutes, great price, prompt service and a great group of guys, ive had a few bits from these guys over the past yr or 2 and have never been disappointed 😀👍
Very bad customer service. The guy at front was so rude and arrogant. Doesn’t know how to deal with customers.
Normally I don't place too much emphasis on reviews but most of these are spot on. I would give 0 stars if I could. Rude, unhelpful and obstructive. Wasted my time and glad to say I spent my money elsewhere at a professionally run organisation that was happy to help, and knew the meaning of customer service.
Didnt even get there..asked why they didnt have side views of vehicle and got told you can see it from the rear and front views...very interested to zero interest in 3 seconds
