Really quite happy with the service there. Had an appointment for a battery issue. The needed repairs were well communicated, a loaner was provided and car was fixed early. All good.

Be aware. They will tell you anything you want to hear just so you can sign the paperwork. I received a letter asking for a payment of $400 and when I brought it to their attention I was told not to worry about and now I am being called daily from Hyundai finance. I was told a price for my monthly payments on a lease after sitting for hours only to have a few extra thousand dollars added when sitting with the finance guy Rohan. I am very happy with the customer service, the timing and efficiency at this plave. The maintenance check up does not take more than an hour, and anything that has to be replaced or fixed is done right away. The service advisor Farooq is so very nice, patient and knowledgeable, explaining everything, being polite and understanding. One does not come across a fantastic customer service often, so I truly appreciate the customer service skills that Farooq provides. Just recently purchaed a 2021 Tucson from bay ridge Hyundai First time going to this service Dept. When i first pulled in I met Jeff the service agent he was professional courteous and knowledgeable I explained the issue and without hesitation explained that the car does not have the feature the salesman told me the car had He took the car in and within ten minutes came in and told me he had the entire car scanned and it was all good.
