Probably the worst repair center in all of nyc. My trunk would randomly open for no reason. One time someone robbed my tools out of my trunk. I came here to get it fixed, they told me they inspected it and nothing was wrong. A few months later, it opens again. This time in the middle of a snow storm and everything in my trunk was destroyed. Then my engine completely blew out, white smoke everywhere. Jocelyn and Jay are the nicest, most patient, helpful service representatives that I've had the pleasure to deal with. My car has had a mysterious inconsistent issue, making it difficult to diagnose. Even though I felt like I was going crazy - they were both patient, understanding and helpful.
My first experience at Hydunai City was a 10/10 because of Shah. He was very transparent, honest and has great customer service. I will definitely only be going there for all my car service details. Thank you Shah keep up the good work
