These guys dropped a container at my company with the threat that I would get 1 free day and after that they would start charging me for the container to sit there. I had it unloaded the next morning. Now I can't get anyone on the phone (always a busy signal) from their "Equipment" section to come pick it up. It's been sitting here for a week! I'm not paying any fee because these yahoos won't pick up their own phone!
