I am extremely disappointed with the service department experience I have had. I brought my Hyundai Palisade in for an intermittent stalling issue, and after multiple concerns being raised, I was told they could not find anything wrong with the vehicle. Since picking it up, the issue has continued. The vehicle recently started, began shaking while idling in Park, and then stalled. Brought auto in at 9am for a3 hour repair job. Was told it would not be done that day. 2nd day came and went. I got a text near end of shift that it wouldn't be done and they had a loaner. I didn't need it because I had already changed my plans. Got a text the 3rd day an hour before closing that it was done. Rushed down to get my car before closing. The charge was quoted as $570 plus tax. They added a $50 shop charge without telling me ahead of time. I had a quote somewhere else for $530. I wanted hyundai to get my business.... read more
Had a10am appointment, was told it might take 2hr. Had plans that afternoon, was not able to pickup car, till 5:30. Needless to say our plans for the day were not possible.
They did my vehicle inspection and oil change. They recommended an alignment and I authorized it. I waited in dealership.
