Auggy was very knowledgeable about all the trim features on the various vehicles we were looking at. He listened carefully and provided quick, helpful service. He guided us through the buying process with ease, while providing above and beyond service with how to set up and use the features of the vehicle. He communicated clearly and professionally. He was a no pressure, easy to talk to sales person. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Auggy, along with A and Peter were a great team.
Had a great time, walked in looking at ordering a car online and test driving one on the lot. Ended up going home with a new car.

Our sales person, Auggy, was great to deal with. He knew the Santa Fe Hybrid car very well. He helped us set up our car. We were very happy with the sales team as well. I would recommend the Van Horn dealership in Sheboygan. We also loved the dealership gives a lifetime oil change to new car buyers.
