I came in for a haircut, asked for an haircut and somehow ended up with bleached, purple hair I never asked for. The stylist completely ignored what I wanted, guessed wrong, and then tried to fix it by bleaching my hair again, leaving me with a mix of purple, gray, and orange streaks/ blotches. It was honestly one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. If negative stars were an option, this place would get them.
