Ive had them handle many large, complex commercial flat roof jobs for me. The most recent was at my 35 unit multi family rental property. They were quick and clean. There was a large crane involved in the project and a lot of security fencing bc the building is 100% occupied. Im actually surprised to see bad reviews from them bc I wouldnt trust a 300k project to any other company. Will continue to use them for every one of my projects. Thanks Hytek GC!

They were all about getting the job. They did my roof. They over ran the o.s.b. in spots, the drip edge they used didn't cover the old fascia completely in spots. In some spots they completely forgot pieces of the drip edge. The roofers they sub-contracted spliced into my electric service lines coming to the house from the transformer with an extension cord for power instead of using a generator. Decided to use Hytek GC for dealing with my insurance company over a hail damage claim on my property. The gentleman that showed up to my property was on time and very courteous (Harry) - He helped me thru the process of getting the claim filed, dealing with the adjuster, and then getting the roofing, siding, and gutters all replaced. It was basically a hands-free ordeal. Can't believe I can't my entire roofing system upgraded ( Off 11th street ) for only $1000. The cost of my insurance deductible.
