Alex, the owner, has an incredible attention to detail — you can really see the pride he takes in his work. Patrick, his partner, handles customer service perfectly — quick responses, clear communication, and total professionalism. HyTech was incredibly fast and thorough, even coming back to clean the skylights they installed. From start to clean up it took three days to replace my asphalt shingles. They were also proactive…suggesting changes that made sense. Very pleased with the whole experience.
