Super experienced mechanic - car had issues on i5 and Bill helped save us - dropped things he was doing that day to make sure we got back on the road and helped explain his thought process / showed us where everything was since I will have to get more into the car issue when we go home. We have a foreign car & the part would take 3-4 days to get there but Bill was still able to help us with a temporary fix. Great shop - family run.
Excellent customer service
This shop and the owners Bill and his wife are amazing. I'm from Canada and blew a transmission and they not only patched up my transmission to get me to Medford but hooked me up with a dealership that had a transmission. Drove me back to my rv site.They are great people and very honest and fair prices. They saved my vacation. Many thanks.
We were on our way to an anniversary trip and our truck broke down. We had trouble getting into any local mechanic shop, but called Hy-Tech and Bill got us in immediately. Stopped what he was doing to take care of us and give us his full attention And got us back on the road in no time! Would highly recommend this place truly a hero and the best customer service ever!
