This shop and the owners Bill and his wife are amazing. I'm from Canada and blew a transmission and they not only patched up my transmission to get me to Medford but hooked me up with a dealership that had a transmission. Drove me back to my rv site.They are great people and very honest and fair prices. They saved my vacation. Many thanks.
We were on our way to an anniversary trip and our truck broke down. We had trouble getting into any local mechanic shop, but called Hy-Tech and Bill got us in immediately. Stopped what he was doing to take care of us and give us his full attention And got us back on the road in no time! Would highly recommend this place truly a hero and the best customer service ever! I was on my way home to Portland, and my Range Rover broke down in Canyonville. I called Bill and he arrived right away with a tow truck and got my rig to the shop. Turns out the fuel pump died. Bill is super knowledgeable, talented, and a good dude (with a sense of humor). They had me back on the road the next day. I really appreciate the Dunlap's and their service! Highly recommended! I took my truck to the mechanic here because I had broken down on my way up to visit family. The man proceeded to tell me he can get me a brand new engine, then Tells me it’ll be a rebuilt engine with a three-year warranty and that it will pass smog in California. I live in California and by the time I drove the 5 hours the check engine light came on. I called the guy and he had me bring the truck back.
