I would advise you to RUN as fast as you can. They don't do repairs properly The water in undrinkable, lead in it and they refuse to do anything. They do not return calls or messages, especially after you sign papers. Totally incompetent. Do yourself a favor and don't buy Hoffman Homes. Your sanity will thank you. Oh, it's any of the parks they own you wanna RUN from....
Don’t walk, RUN away from any Hoffman owned park, including this one!
