Kid needs over 24 hours to spec oil ring and seals, and he still hasn't gotten it done. Yesterday, he said they're two customers head of us. When we went in there, he was on the computer listening to music, not doing anything.
I cannot recommend Hyspeco Hydraulic repair at the Joplin store. I had a pump that I explained the only problem was a stripped tie bolt and a blown oring on the cover plate and it was leaking from the cover plate. New pump was $1,200, they charged me $1,124, with tax it was more than new. When I gave them the go ahead I insisted they return the old parts; I had no way of knowing they did anything to the pump. They didn't return the parts with the pump. They never gave me a parts listing on the invoice. I made many calls to g... read more
Exceptional customer service!
Drove an hour. Brought a disassembled cylinder to have a seal kit matched and got told we can’t measure and match anything after 4? Definitely won’t spend my money there anymore!
