Ordered a custom manifold for our ironworker. Was told 6-8 weeks turnaround for completion, gave them the order. Called them after about 6 weeks after no-one had replied to multiple emails following up just to find out they had not even started the order! Was told another 6-8 weeks with no chance to expedite even though they said it was their fault. Horrible communication, high prices, did not help at all for repairs, would not recommend. I was given a part number from Parker for a direct replacement hydraulic motor , however it is no where near possible to use it as nothing lines up. Hyseco basically did nothing to help and told me too bad. I understand Parker is more to blame but neither will do anything to fix this situation. Terrible customer service from both!
