HYSA arrived on time to fit a new gas hob but were grumpy and unhelpful from the start. Having agreed how to do the job they drove off without finishing it, leaving us with no functioning gas hob. Then failed to answer any calls or text messages. There are good gas fitters in Oxford. HYSA is NOT one of them. Avoid.
