I used to fill up here all the time but as of lately there seems to be a rough crowd hanging out there. Its unfortunate because it use to be on my way to dropping kids off. Unless my husbands with me I don't think i'll be returning. Actually we may avoid this stop all together! The way I was looked at made me feel very uncomfortable.
Very disappointed!Going to call better business bureau. Been harassed and kicked out for playing quarter game with 13 year old daughter ,was told by workers there " Don't I have some thing better to do with my time then play games with daughter?"Then 3 weeks later says I'm stelling with my 13 year old daughter !What do u think about that kind of resonance with your workers?look I spend hunders of dollars at your gas staion.Send me a response please.
I've had very good luck with Rick's Towing service. They come in a good amount of time, handle my car well, and are nice people to deal with. I recommend them.
I've been going to these guys for years, through three vehicles. I wouldn't trust anyone else to look at my car! Always honest, very upfront, and all round great experience every time.
Been in shop three times for transmission rebuild. Drove 10 miles transmission needs rebuilt again. Have had car 3 months with a one year warranty. Making excuses and not working on car. I am on disability in wheel chair on oxygen while car has been returned to shop three times only to sit outside in an unsecured lot. One of my tires on my Mercedes kept losing air. I went to a different garage twice.Both times they said they took care of it. (They didn't) I took it to Ricks 66.They didn't make me wait and fixed the problem right away!!
I've had several different issues with both of my vehicles as well as needing towing services. Rick's 66 has always been easy to contact and always very curtious and helpful. Very affordable in comparison to many others.
Next time I am traveling through Arkansas, I will visit your Phillips 66 station. Sounds like a good place to fill up.
My car died a few weeks ago on a freezing cold day. I called Rick's Auten Road 66 and the were able to get to me and tow me in less than 20 minutes. The driver was professional and friendly. I definitely recommend Rick's!
