This company hasnt paid their workers for the Chicago Event! they dont even provide a phone a number to contact and treat people like no respect.
Update: A year later since I wrote my review and I am happy to say they have taken feedback and made it better for switched and injuries. Many people I know did it and had a great time.
My husband recently ran the Hyrox race in Miami Beach and his ankle chip didn’t work, so he couldn’t get his times or splits. The help desk assured him they could get the data and it would be available in 1-2 hours. No data ever appeared, and we’ve been trying to contact for the last three days with no response
Terms and conditions are not fair. Be a normal business and allow people to switch as life changes. Can only switch to another athlete is silly. More money in your pocket??? Or never support bad business again.... 🤷
