My husband recently ran the Hyrox race in Miami Beach and his ankle chip didn’t work, so he couldn’t get his times or splits. The help desk assured him they could get the data and it would be available in 1-2 hours. No data ever appeared, and we’ve been trying to contact for the last three days with no response
Terms and conditions are not fair. Be a normal business and allow people to switch as life changes. Can only switch to another athlete is silly. More money in your pocket??? Or never support bad business again.... 🤷
Went to Manchester round. Good experience well organised. Staff helpful, within the venue well signposted getting you to the right spot.
