Would not recommend Hyre collective. We hired them for our wedding 24.04.2025 for 50 guests. They were not open for 4.30pm cocktails & canapés a guest had to tell them to open, they arrived around midday & had nothing organised, no personalised bar menu as stated on invoice, bar was messy & not professionally visual. We used Hyre Collective for our wedding in November 2024. Despite good initial communication they became more and more difficult to contact as the date got closer. Due to the number of guests attending we paid for 3 bar staff, however only 2 attended on the night which obviously affected service. We were told the payment for the 3rd staff member would be refunded, however this has not occurred and they are no longer responding to our phone or email contact.
Was asked to pay for a third bartender due to the size of the party, only two in attendance. They offered a refund for the extra staff member so I provided my bank details and now not responding to my emails or answering calls, still no money returned a month later.
As a wedding guest I really enjoyed the service provide by the Hyre Collective caravan bar cart. The owner was very friendly.
We can’t thank Hyre Collective enough. We will remember the amazing caravan bar we had during our wedding. It was just perfect and the guests commented on how great it was. Thank you to the staff for being fun and easy to work with and making sure everyone was sorted. It was fantastic!
