It is Beyond frustrating when you can't depend on a company to be open on a Tuesday afternoon
Hoses mate in 10 minutes. Price was fair.
Extremely poor communication or lack there of.
Came in around 8 am to get a hose made. Lady or man, waited on me got my order started to round up all the parts then another customer came in and they dropped my order and started helping them. I told them I'd come back in a hour to pick up the 1 hose and fittings. Come back they haven't even started. They then proceeded to say it would be another 30 minutes. What's frustrating about this place they sit around in the back and talk while customers are waiting for parts. This should have been a 15 min in and out deal that has... read more
