I had the opportunity to experience a hypnotherapy session with Donna to release emotions linked to a childhood experience. Before my first visit I was depressed lost and thinking my best friend was alcohol even after my first visit l felt different a good different lighter not craving a drink. I was taking on a wonderful journey and now feeling I'm in control of my life happier healthier and so calm. I still have a drink but it is when I choose to not because I need it. I finally found the light at the end of the tunnel best feeling ever. If anyone is thinking of working with Donna don't hesitate she is amazing for ever grateful.
How can I give a review when I am speechless? I tried to quit smoking myself, it was at the stage where I thought it was impossible. Even going into the session I was hopeful, but had doubts it could be done. It’s now the end of day three. That is an achievement in itself! Every time I think of it, i LITERALLY cringe and shiver with disgust! I even found a lighter today that I had to pick up with a piece of paper and run to the bin because my brain didn’t want me to touch it. It’s unbelievable There is no doubt this works! I... read more
