How can I give a review when I am speechless? I tried to quit smoking myself, it was at the stage where I thought it was impossible. Even going into the session I was hopeful, but had doubts it could be done. It’s now the end of day three. That is an achievement in itself! Donna was fantastic from start to finish. The hypnosis experience was guided and made me feel safe. I came out if sessions feeling relaxed. Donna also provided me with practical skills, audio, video, and literature resources that have furthered my life and helped me achieve the goals I set out to achieve.
I went into this with the hope of giving up my expensive bad habit and have walked away three months later not only a non smoker, I have been relieved of serious anxiety, and self loathing. With Donna’s support and assistance I have regained an inner happiness, regained confidence and the ability to apply strategies when they try to creep back into my head. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to be free and live life as me again
