RecommendedMargaret is AWESOME! The BEST! My reason for seeing her was to quit smoking. I wanted to quit smoking for sometime because my kids/family, my health (I have multiple autoimmune diseases as well as psych issues), and the life disruptions for that short "timeout" as I was missing out on so much just to take a smoke break. I went here to quit cigarettes. It has now been over 3 weeks since my last cigarette. If you want to quit, then this is a very valid way to quit that's easier than any other method I had ever tried before. I have recommended this to all my friends that smoke and would like to recommended it to anyone reading this review that is seriously contemplating quitting. I was skeptical about hypnosis before, but after seeing for myself the tangible results it can deliver, my mind has been changed.

I've lost 6 pounds in a little over 3 weeks. The big difference is that I'm eating half as much as I used to. I was already eating "clean" so my diet was good and didn't need adjustment. This is truly remarkable.
