I was visiting from out of town, did a Google search for massage, and came to Rebekah for a post kayaking massage to help ward off soreness in the following days. Her space is beautiful and peaceful. Rebekah has a very calming demeanor. She listened to my concerns and was attentive to the areas I most needed. The massage was amazing and really helped to relax my muscles. We are so fortunate to have Rebekah as a part of Tryon's " Healing Arts" Community. She is a knowledgeable massage therapist who is in tune with your individual needs and considerations. The Hypnotic Sleep storefront is welcoming and charming.
I would like to start by saying, I go to Rebekah for deep tissue massage every two weeks. Her shop provides a welcoming, positive, and supportive atmosphere. She truly cares about her clients’ wellness. While she is phenomenal with that massage, I want to touch on the sleep coaching she offers in this review. I have utilized massage therapy for 30+ years. During that time, I have been a client of numerous practitioners. I rate her in my top 3. There is no “cookie cutter” approach to her technique. Each visit addresses my specific concerns with beneficial results.
I have had several massages from Reba ....stress relief, deep tissue and targeted pain relief....and am incredibly pleased. She really knows physiology and has been able to work out lingering neck pain and help keep my legs and hips in good running shape. I definitely recommend massage by Reba.
