Booked an hour, should have gone for a longer session! Rachel's fantastic-she worked through a tangle of tension for great releases, using a variety of approaches. She used the right amount of pressure, adding in hot towels which was a pleasant, welcomed surprise. Bonus-she shared super helpful information for better self-care. Booking and intake were easy, user-friendly, and helped both of us get started with targeted areas of focus and understanding. Location instructions made finding the studio a breeze!
