I first want to say, I went out of my way to try and find a local florist that was in spruce grove, that was more of a local company and in an attempt to suport local. I am at very best dissapointed. The floral arrangement I just ordered is beautiful, I will say that. But the customer service I recieved was abysmal. I ordered with the understanding that the delivery would be made the next day (I missed the cut off) They had a hard time getting ahold of the person for delivery. I love this place!! Lynn helped me a couple days ago to pick out flowers for my boyfriend's mom to meet her for the first time. She loved them and meeting the parents went great! Ill be back if I need flowers again:)
The owner is VERY unfriendly and rude.
