Terrible customer service. I ordered flowers for sunday delivery. they emailed back saying they dont deliver sundays and offered to do saturday instead. i told them i couldn't do saturday and asked to cancel my order. they went unresponsive. they called on the Saturday and asked if i still wanted the flowers. i said no and asked again to cancel the order, they agreed. a week later i bugged them for my refund and they issued a refund without a reply but didnt send the full amount.
Absolutely gorgeous floral arrangements for my mom’s celebration of life. I did not give a ton of notice and they were super accommodating. I was so busy I did not take photos, but each one was perfect. My mom was an avid gardener and she would have loved every arrangement. Thank you!
