Kristine is such a gifted hypnotherapy and energy practitioner. I was in the midst of a very difficult time when I began seeing Kristine and her compassion, insight and skill were tremendous assets to my own healing journey. I would recommend her services to anyone and I am so grateful our paths crossed when they did!
I have seen a few hypnotherapists in the past few years and so far Kristine has been my favourite. She spent a lot of time with me during our first session chatting and getting to know each other. She then sent me home with 2 personalized recordings to listen to between sessions and sent me home with some exercises to do. Her space is extremely beautiful and I felt very comfortable and at ease there. I would highly recommend Kristine for your hypnosis needs. She seems very well educated and knows what she is doing.
