Just letting everyone know what a great help Dave has been in my life.First he helped me quit smoking (15 years now)then I had a fear of flying (which is also gone).I have recently asked Dave to help with the battle I have with my weight control.So I highly recommend hypnotherapy 😀

I recently completed a hypnosis therapy program to help with my fear of flying, and it honestly made such a huge difference. I used to get really anxious even thinking about getting on a plane, but the sessions helped me relax, understand my fear, and feel more in control. By the end, I felt way calmer and more confident about flying. It’s been a really positive experience and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone struggling with the same thing.
