Ada helped me with self-confidence hypnotherapy for a sport I was playing. But the self-confidence didn't stop there and so I opened a new business while doubling-down on my existing one. All while maintaining a calm feeling despite the fear and anxiety that comes with living outside of comfort.

I had never tried hypnotherapy before and decided to give it a try based on all the great reviews Ada had. After the initial consultation I signed up for 3 sessions. I can not recommend Ada enough. I have been suffering with anxiety/panic disorder for the better of 30 years. Losing my mother in November I went into a tailspin. I couldn’t even leave the house to go shopping or see my friends. Or have friends over. After the first session with Ada I felt for a first time that my anxiety level had gone down some.
