Ali is incredible. After dealing with months of crippling anxiety after a surprising health diagnosis, Ali's efforts have led to incredible improvements in my mental health! Our session was meant to be 2 hours, but Ali spent close to 3 hours with me (at no extra cost!) to ensure I got the help I needed. She talked about how hypnotherapy works, the anxiety issues I'd been experiencing, and worked with me to draft affirmations for my hypnosis. Wonderful experience with Ali. Not my first time with hypnotherapy - she was outstanding. Provided thoughtful reflection and discussion on the goals I hoped to achieve. She was thorough and engaging and the audio recording is an added bonus. I would highly recommend.
I scheduled a session with Ali after trying everything else to get over a crippling fear of flying. In one session and after listening to my hypnosis recordings for a week, I happily took my entire family to Europe. Even with a bumpy flight I found comfort in my hypnosis. I cannot give higher praise to Ali and her hypnotherapy work! We came to her after exhausting literally every other option for our daughter’s encopresis.
